RetailWink may process basic technical request information needed to operate and protect the site. When a visitor submits Worked / Didn't Work feedback or a coupon correction report, RetailWink stores the submitted feedback and uses a one-way pseudonymous visitor hash for abuse prevention and duplicate-control. The hash is generated from request information with a site-specific secret and is not displayed publicly.
Correction reports may include an optional email address if the visitor chooses to provide one. Proof screenshots uploaded by editors should be reviewed to remove names, email addresses, postal addresses, payment data, order numbers, and other private information before publication. Affiliate click logging may record standard request data for analytics and fraud prevention.
